We focus on identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the business and its strategic plans and provide action plans to the client to support their investment decisions.

Within sixty days, provide a comprehensive, detailed and clear understanding of the key drivers of the business, an evaluation of managements’ ability to execute on its stated tasks and goals and an assessment of the competitive landscape, with clear action oriented recommendations. Generally,
a fixed fee is charged for assignments.
Client Commitment
The Principals work on each engagement, combining over 40 years of operating and investment experience gained in a variety of businesses and industries. Clients benefit from the principals’ reasoned judgment of processes, people and the resources needed to achieve stated goals. Principals maintain weekly contact with the client throughout the engagement, providing updates and progress reports leading up to the final report.
Continuing Service
Following the conclusion of the assignment, the Principals will, if requested, remain available to execute recommendations.
